Dating back to the end of the 16th century, the Genoese tower of Campomoro is listed as a historical monument. The peculiarity of this tower lies in the star-shaped ramparts that encircle it. Now that it's been restored, it welcomes visitors for a permanent exhibition on its history.
Access
From Propriano, take the fork towards Belvédère-Campomoro just after the Rizzanese bridge. Follow the road for about 10km to get to the sea. The road to the tower is a private access. It is therefore necessary to leave the car in the parking lots and continue on foot. The ride is very well indicated and accessible to all. The visit will last about 30 minutes.
