Presentation of the estate:
When the average tourist crosses the Col de Teghime and sees the cirque formed by the limestone hillocks of Patrimonio, they will be utterly fascinated by the majesty of the land around them. Then imagine the feeling that a young secretary from these landscapes can feel when she is given the chance to take over her family's lands. She chose to use and enhance these 8 hectares of land at the foot of the village of Patrimonio, planted with Vermentino, Nielluccio and Muscat Petits Grains.
Based on the advice of the great family of Patrimonio winemakers, which took her under its wing, in 2005 Stéphanie decided to take up the challenge and embark on the adventure.
And it was not at all easy, because she first had to learn how to run and manage the vineyard. Plus, she also had to replace the missing plans, restructure the vines, build an aging cellar and a cellar, and at the same time organize the vinification under the wise leadership of her oenologist, Marielle Péril.
