Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio is a small urban area of recent urbanization and is the main village in the coastal part of the municipality of Zonza.

Crossed by the Cavo (small coastal river flowing in the department of Corse-du-Sud  to the  Tyrrhenian Sea to the east), it is located 3 kilometers from the coast, is made up of several hamlets and extends to feet of the granite massif of Monte Incudine.
