LUNGE IN THE MAQUIS AND AUTHENTICITY OF FLAVORS
In the middle of nature, the restaurant Le Frère is an invitation to tasting and discovering Corsican products; it offers local cuisine from the organic products of the family and the surrounding area.
The elder brother, Jacques Abbatucci, produces the "Tiger Cow", an organic calf raised under the mother, feeding on grass and maquis essence, which makes the meat so tender and fragrant.
The second brother, Jean-Charles, produces wine in Biodynamie with endemic grape varieties. The wines of Domaine Comte Abbatucci are famous for their finesse, their aromatic and taste qualities.
In slate, the Tiger Cow is available in all its forms: in kidney, pavé or skewer grilled over a wood fire, in hock confit with honey, in pavé de foie, sauteed with chestnut ....
At Le Frère, wine is just as important as food, so we try to make wine and food pairings as fair as possible with the Domaine's 12 vintages. Virtually all are possible with glass or ½ glass for greater tasting and discovery.
Open from April 15th to September 30th, noon and evening.
