The Lantivy Palace in Ajaccio is the seat of the prefecture. Beautiful neoclassical monument dating from 1826 designed by Alphonse-Henri de Gisors, the palace has a beautiful Mediterranean garden. Some elements are relatively new but have been carefully designed to remain loyal to the original design.
