Moca-Croce is a municipality of 252 inhabitants (as of 2017), in the micro-region of Tavaro.

Its territory covers an area of 27.75 km2. It groups together the ancient villages of Moca and Croce, located in the heart of a wild valley.

The village has a traditional aspect, thanks to its old stone houses. Its rich heritage emerges from the parish church of Santa Maria Assunta, dating to the 18th century, the parish church of the Assumption, built in the 19th century, and the chapel, called Abbadia, from the 10th century, which is located in the wilderness and was recently renovated. The latter belonged to a Genoese Abbey from the 14th century.
