The village of Letia with its 121 inhabitants is located in the canton of Deux-Sorru, at 750 meters above sea level, and covers an area of 36.44 km2.

It is divided into two separate hamlets: San Martinu, the lower hamlet where the town hall is located, and San Roccu, the upper hamlet where there was an horse-riding center. The two hamlets, about 1 km apart, both have a church and are crossed by a stream called "A Catena".

The Liamone river rises on the western slope of the Cimatella mountain summit (2,099 meters high), in the territory of the municipality of Létia, at an altitude of 1,850 meters.
