Road access
The road-trip from Galéria to the bridge of Tuarelli takes 19 minutes for 11.9 kilometres. You must take the D 351 road towards the village of Manso and continue driving for about five kilometres. You will see the bridge on your left, but parking at the side of the road is strictly prohibited during the summer. You can park your car at the Truccia parking area, which is 1.5 kilometres away the bridge.
Description
From the Truccia parking area you can reach the bridge with a walk of about twenty minutes: you should walk on the same road you took by car and keep walking until you reach your destination. This bridge overlooks the river of Fango, which forms a long and a deep natural pool, in which you can bathe and swim. A few metres upstream from this pool you will find a pebble beach where you can sunbathe and take a nap: just before the bridge there is a small path which will take you to the beach. There are several natural pools in the surroundings, you should explore the area to find your favourite spot!
Sport lovers can enjoy swimming in the Fango or going upriver until they find the island of Fango, which is a large rock in the middle of a natural pool!
