Description
This walk is very easy and it is perfect for families with children, but you must wear good shoes and take a good supply of water, in particular if you leave during the summer season. Do not forget to take your camera: just before you reach the lighthouse you will enjoy a breathtaking view and catch a glimpse of the Lavezzi archipelago, of the Maddalena archipelago and of Sardinia.
In general, this path is in excellent condition: you will have no problem reaching your destination, the Petrusatu lighthouse. This building was constructed in 1844 to help maritime navigation between the Strait of Bonifacio, which can sometimes be very complicated. Not far from the lighthouse there is the beach of Saint-Antoine, which is amazing: exceptional seabed and the open-air cave called Grotte de l'Orca.
