We work as a family : Husband, wife and children. We are located at the entrance to the village of Asco, 660 m above sea level in the Valley of Asco, in Haute-Corse, in the micro-region of Caccia.
Our hives are perched on the rocks, all along the gorges of the Asco, and are surrounded by a unique and preserved flora. They are also present near the village up to 1 000 m altitude, near the ski resort of Haut- Asco.
Marie-Noëlle Guidoni in charge of the catering develops and proposes home-made recipes from Mathieu Guidoni's Honey of Asco and corsican products :

Small 2-table room but a 10-table terrace in front of the restaurant, in the shade of the mulberry tree, planted by our parents.
