One could say that he was born charcutier. At age 50, Sauveur Nunzi has always raised and charcutered Corsican pigs in his traditional workshop.
In 1999, it invested in a 1000 m² manufacturing unit to EEC standards and ensures production throughout the year. The philosophy of Sauveur Nunzi is to perpetuate ancestral know-how and to guarantee transparency and quality on its production.
All products are manufactured in Bastelica, a mountain village at 900m altitude in the center of Corsica, surrounded by a huge chestnut grove, where feed pigs.
His workshop has three qualities of charcuterie :
⦁ the farmer elaborated from our pigs born and raised in Corsica
⦁ the traditional French certified meat
⦁ the range from Label Rouge pigs
