Description
This is a very easy walk thanks to which you can discover the Roman chapel of St John the Baptist, which is located on a path that is part of the Mare a Mare hiking circuit.
The starting point is well signposted and the path is marked in orange: you must continue walking until you run into a small stream that you must leave behind you. During this walk, you will enjoy a beautiful view over the hamlet of Poggio and over the village of Sainte-Lucie-de-Tallano.
To return to the starting point, you can take the same path (if you are tired) or you can continue the walk to discover the dam on the Rizzanese, which is a 40.5-metre-high structure that has created an artificial lake.
