Road access
The road-trip from Calvi to Pioggiola takes 1 hour and 15 minutes for 56.3 kilometres. You must take the road T 30 until the Lumio exit, then you must turn right and take the road D 71 towards Belgodère. Keep driving and after the village of Feliceto take the road towards Speloncato. Leave Speloncato and keep driving until you reach Pioggiola and the small car park at the entrance to Forcili.

Description
Pioggiola is the highest village in the old parish of Giussani, the terraces and the paths lined with stone walls bear witness to centuries of agro-pastoral activity. Forcili is one of the five hamlets that are part of the village of Pioggiola.
From the parking you must take the small road which descends along the village. Keep walking until you reach the square where you can find the church of the Annunciation, better known as A Nunziata (1634). This church is very beautiful and contains a work classified historical monument: a wood and metal organ.
Take a look at this church and then turn right until you reach a Genoese bridge which allows you to cross a small stream.
The path climbs rather gently and allows you to cross a small wood made up of holm oaks. The path climbs more steeply just before reaching a fork: catch your breath and take the level path on your right, which takes you through a centuries-old chestnut grove. Keep walking (if you want to take a look at the Canale à Pé fountain you should leave the path for few metres) following the path that gently descends, cross the stream in front of you. The path climbs gently and passes through several terraces, some of which are still cultivated. Then the path becomes almost flat: continue walking until you reach the starting point.
