The Saint-Spyridon church is a Greek-Catholic church bearing the name of a bishop from the 3rd century, the patron saint of sailors. The present church stands on the site of an old chapel. It was the inhabitants of Cargèse who built it between 1868 and 1874: very beautiful icons and iconoclasts (wood decorated with holy images on a golden background) are there.
