Grape varieties:
The Tradition vintages are single-grape varieties and are the most typical grape varieties of our range. 100% Nielluccio for the red, 100% Sciaccarello for the rosé and 100% Vermentino for the white. The Monika vintages are more complex, 100% Nielluccio for the red, 100% Vermentino Vieilles Vignes for the white and 50% Nielluccio, 50% Sciaccarello for the rosé. The Js are wines aged in oak barrels, 100% Vermentino Vieilles Vignes for the white and 100% Nielluccio for the red.
Presentation of the estate:

The Granajolo estate covers 20 hectares which are organic farming (1st certification in 1987).
It was planted in 1974 by Monika and André Boucher on granitic arenas and consists mainly of Corsican grape varieties that include Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu and Vermentinu.
After having studied and acquired experience abroad, their daughter, Gwenaële, returned to the estate in 2000. It is with her mother Monika, that she set up a cellar project on the farm and that the wine 2003 was born in this new cellar.
