Presentation of the estate:
Located between Poggio and Oletta, this 5-hectare estate was founded in 1929 by brothers Joseph and Dominique Harter, who subsequently passed it on to their nephew Joseph Antoine.
Located on a limestone-rich clay moraine, the vineyard benefits from an unbelievably beautiful exposure. It is entirely planted with traditional grape varieties from the Patrimonio appellation: Nielluccio, Vermentino, and Grenache. The vines are cultivated without chemical fertilizers or weedkillers and the harvest is done by hand. In the cellar next to the vineyard, Claire Boccheciampe, assisted by her children Nadine and Jean-Dominique, deploys inventive treasures to ensure the sustainability of the property. The property underwent further expansion with the creation of a cellar, equipped with 6 modern vats. Besides the fact that it is located on the farm itself, it has the advantage of being equipped with a modern thermoregulated vat room, guaranteeing the vinification of white and rosé wines. For the moment, the reds of the Domaine Boccheciampe are vinified using methods inherited from the ancients and kept in vats for two years before being bottled.
