A Ronca consists of nearly 20 hectares of vines in production, classified as Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) Corsica Calvi, always with a typically insular grape variety (Vermentino and Sciaccarello). The vineyard is all on slopes and on a soil mainly composed of granite sand. A Ronca has also a new cellar, built in 2006, equipped with modern vinification equipment (temperature-controlled vats, pneumatic press, etc.) to best respect the quality of the grapes during the different stages of vinification.
