Description
This walk is very easy and is perfect for families with children. The starting point of this walk is located next to the post office, where you will also find a statue of Pasquale Paoli (1725 - 1807), the founding father of the Corsican nation.
Start walking and leave behind you the village hall and the Cervione museum – you can see the ruins of an old oil mill a little further down. A few metres further the road forms a fork: you must take the path uphill.
After about thirty minutes of walking, you will reach a narrow bend, take the path uphill until you reach the viewpoint topped by a cross. Catch your breath and admire the island of Elba and the island of Montecristo, sometimes during the winter it is also possible to see the Italian coast.
Go back along the same itinerary.
