Producers and terroir

Traditional Sheepfold, breeder of sheep and goats.

This company is a farmer founded in 2013. It raises 300 ewes Corsica.

Manufacture of farm cheeses and direct sale to the Bergeries:

- Tomme ewe, pressed cheese, between 1 and 1.8 kg, available from mid-December to the end of October.
- Tomme de ewe, less pressed dough, 1 kg, available mid-December to end of October.
- Fresh brocciu, AOC in progress, of 500g, available from December to the end of June.
- Brocciu passu, from 500 to 800g, available from the end of November to the end of October.

Open all year from 9h to 12h (possibility to visit the farm)
