Viticulture was introduced in Corsica in 565 BC, but Corsican wine was not recognized for its quality until the twentieth century. Two of the most recognized wines are Muscat of Cap Corse and Corse-Coteaux of Cap Corse. In the wine cellars of Mimorio di Vinu they still use old-fashioned and traditional methods of wine making. In the wine cellar there is the possibiity of a wine tasting, with both gustatory and olfactory tests. The cellar also has an exhibition of agricultural implements.
